Welcome to The Cosmetics Club. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and to purchases, bookings, enquiries and services provided through The Cosmetics Club.

About The Cosmetics Club

The Cosmetics Club provides DIY cosmetics kits, creative workshops, children's birthday experiences, school programmes, adult workshops, corporate team-building experiences, White Label services and related products and services.

Using our website

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and up to date. Product images, descriptions and availability may change from time to time.

If we identify a material error affecting an order or booking, we will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

Products and prices

Products are sold at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Shipping is charged separately where applicable.

Orders

An order is accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to contact a customer where there is a material issue affecting an order, including an obvious pricing or availability error.

Workshops and bookings

Workshop bookings are subject to our existing Booking, Cancellation & Workshop Policy.

Customers should review that policy before completing a booking.

Enquiry-based services

School programmes, corporate team building, White Labelling and bulk/custom services may require an enquiry, quotation or proposal before the service is confirmed.

A quotation or proposal may contain additional terms specific to the project.

DIY kits and physical products

DIY kits and physical products are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Allergy & Ingredient Information.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under South African law.

Intellectual property

The Cosmetics Club's branding, website content, educational material, original activities, worksheets, graphics, photographs and other original content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Third-party services

We may use third-party providers for payment processing, delivery, website functionality, communication, analytics or other business functions. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
